METHOD OF RANKING
If the first candidate is unable to obtain tickets during the official january/february 2025 sales and therefore wishes to cancel their pre-registration (or earlier for any other reason), they will lose their first place in the ranking. The first candidate will also lose their place if no deposit has been paid before 1 March 2025.
The next candidate on the list will then be given the opportunity to take the option on the room.
He must decide within 1 week.
First choice comes before second choice, second choice comes before third choice, etc.
Regardless of when the choice was made.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER PAYMENT
Reservations can be made without obligation to pay until 1 March 2025.
From then on, reservations are final and a 50% deposit must have been paid.
The second part must be paid before 17 June 2025.
1. If you cancel, you will always lose the 50% deposit (anyway like disease, war, covid, etc).
3. If you cancel before 1 month of your arrival, you will be given back the 50% second part.
4. If you cancel in the month before your arrival, but before the last 7 days, you will be given back 50% of the second part.
5. If you cancel during the last 7 days before your arrival, there is no pay back. But you can pass on your reservation to someone you know and who meets the conditions (max 2 persons, +21 years, etc.).
In the very exceptional case that Tomorrowland cancels we give back the amount you already paid, minus 10% administration costs. Or if you want we can keep your reservation for next TML edition. In the very exceptional case that we need to cancel (such as illness, house fire, etc.) we give back the amount you already paid.
